I’m here to help you get organized and prioritize the important tasks that will earn you top dollar for your home while ruling out the things that can remain as is. A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF YOUR SALE

1 | SCHEDULE CONSULTATION

Our initial meeting establishes expectations for my role as your agent! I will ask for a tour, and then I will review the process and answer all of your initial questions.

2 | COMPLETE PRE-LIST TASKS

Time to get to work! Declutter, deep clean, freshen up decor, and address known repairs. I’ll have some homework for you as well to get your paperwork in order.

3 | PUT HOME ON THE MARKET

I’ll take care of the marketing, from professional photos, video, direct mail ads, social media blasts, email campaigns, and signage with QR codes, all leading to your home’s custom website, getting your home in front of as many buyers as possible. Bring on the showings!

4 | ACCEPT AN OFFER

Once we’ve received an offer that interests you, I will help you negotiate a fair price and favorable conditions for your sale.

5 | NEGOTIATE INSPECTION

After inspection is conducted, I guide you through any negotiations that arise for issues that the buyer wishes to address.

6 | ORDER APPRAISAL + TITLE

When all terms are finalized, the buyer’s lender will order an appraisal, a third party opinion of your home’s value. I will also arrange for title services.

7 | FINISH MOVING OUT

Remove all your belongings, unless they were included in the sale. Clean up one last time, and ensure your home is ready for the buyer’s final walk-thru.

8 | ATTEND CLOSING

Finally! Closing brings buyers and sellers together to transfer ownership of the property. You hand over the keys and leave with a check in hand for all of your hard work.
